From plot to plant

The investor’s journey in five stages, from a surveyed parcel to a working plant. The drawing follows them as you read.

  1. Survey

    The site is surveyed and its boundary fixed: the line every plan starts from.

  2. Plan

    Plots, internal roads and service corridors are laid out inside the boundary.

  3. Connect

    Roads and utilities are brought to the plot edge, and the site is tied into the routes beyond it.

  4. Build

    The investor builds on the allocated plot, with approvals coordinated through the Investor Desk.

  5. Operate

    Production begins, and the zone’s management stays on hand as the operation grows.
